Blog review

Posted : 11 years, 9 months ago on 14 July 2012 05:53 (A review of Blog)

The first hit for 'Blog' is the ability of its director, newcomer Elena Trapé long, to transcend the sensational story (and inspired by a true story) that serves as a starting point. Beautifully performed, the girls 'Blog' Pactan pregnancy at a time and choose to disregard the guys you go to bed. It's a strong start and could have led to a sensational drama. Is not the case. Trapé kamikaze idea becomes a mere pretext to push one of the chronicles more lively, lucid and exciting adolescence has been the recent film.
The strength of 'Blog' is its naturalness, a sense of truth that is due both to the text (a script strong, open to improvisation skills) as the work of the actresses and the format chosen to tell the story. Without theorizing on new social networks, Trapé describes the girls through his video blogs and chats. The view of their privacy, the notes from the exact distance (no intention of analysis and their gaze is neither alarmist nor compassionate), and from his impressions, speaks with insight topics such as the complex emotional relationships, the discovery of sex, uncertainty and sense of loss in adolescence.
